RR day results - what to do next

Had the car on the Rolling road today, and I wasnt that happy with the results.
255 bhp, 266 torque.
Car is my99 uk turbo, with full decat, green panel filter, tek 3 remap,
Now my question is this - is this about right figure wise? (obviously figures change from RR to RR and nothing is spot on).
For my next question what would it take to move these figures closer to the 300 mark, and what sort of costs are we talking?

Those figures sound about right if everything else is standard. Bigger turbo and intercooler I would have thought would be next step. Aftermarket headers, new injectors and map tweak should get you on the way to 300. I would have thought looking to spend up to 2 grand. Then there's brakes, bigger wheels to fit them, suspension....

Bigger turbo - what one? TD05?
bigger intercooler - do these just swap right over, what one should i be looking for?
Aftermarket headers - Gruppe S, megans or just have mine ported?
New injectors - yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaannnnnnn right over my head :P im guessing these dictate how much fuel is pumped at any one time? bigger injectors = more readily available fuel?
Map tweak - no problem.
Already have put some 17"s on the car, so should be ok to uprate the breaks as and when I feel like stopping :P

Have a look at the front mount intercoolers on ebay. Ive just ordered one for £215 but theres also a few going for a lot more.
Theres also a few sets of headers on there which a worth a look.
