Question Timing marks

Hey guys

I have been having trouble with a misfire and noise on liftoff at high revs (sounds a lot like det) See here: http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=446618. I have had Andy F look at the mapping and it is all ok with no det at all. I cannot understand why it is misfiring but drb5 suggested the timing belt.

He checked the timing marks and it looks like the exhaust on the rhs is out by one tooth. Could this cause a misfire at 5.5k plus and also could the "noise" be the tensioner?

HELP!!!

It's not too difficult to move it one tooth, should have done it while the covers were off.......
