Any way after further investigation it turned it to be nothink much BUT, done a 350 Trip yesterday and the cars had a good run.
Today was out this morning cars fine.
Went to pic my girlfriend up waited for her with engine running for 10-15 mins and it was Puffing loads smoke out and could smell it.

Whats going on with it as i dont have a clue.

The first time this started was when it was over filled with engine oil so let some out and it was better but never been the same since.
Its had Loads of Motorway runs to clear it out surley?

Sounds exactly what I've been having! What age is your Scoob? Mine's a bug with 103,000 miles (2 1/2 years old!) and it's ben doing this since around 30,000 but main agent never found a 'problem'!

I originally had a new short motor but now it's back and Subaru4u have figured it's the turbo, probably that's what it is.

I'm no expert though but you are getting exactly what I get, idle for a bit and get smoke.

when oil overfilled oil vapour can clog breathers (not good ) but you may just have a bit of this seept on to your headers
