STI 4 engine in 1994 WRX import
Hi guys, Im new to Scoobynet and really need your help. Iv'e got a 1994 Import WRX, which has holed a piston. Iv'e been offered a STI series 4 engine and need to know if this will go straight in or what mods will be required?
Alternatively any sugestions as to best route to rebuild my engine to run 350bhp?

It will go straight in, block and heads. You can reuse all your ancillaries, inlet manifold etc.
It may need a different map due to different cam profiles, but since you'll be bolting on loads of other stuff to get your 350 BHP it may be best to invest in a remappable ECU now. The Apexi PFC is good VFM and there are a lot of good mappers of these all over the country.
Good luck
