I've just got a Jetex DB insert from Demon Tweeks for my system to try and quieten it down a bit as the super loud volume has eventually started to wear off as far as novelty factor goes.
Problem is I'm not sure exactly where in the system it should be positioned (just in front of the backbox maybe?) or which way round it goes! Basically it's a hollow tube with a flaired section at one end, then four holes in it, then it tapers inwards a bit at the other end.
Never used a part like this so any comments that can clarify it would be useful!

My guess is you have got the wrong size. It should fit snug inside your tailpipe, then all you need to do is drill a hole in the underside of the tailpipe and bolt it on secure.
