TD05H-20G will do 380-400 of each on Optimax with trivial turbo lag - REALLY nice road car - needs suspension and brakes if not an STI though. I got 434/395 with 10% methanol and supporting mods on pessimistic rollers.

I bought the 20G when I was going 2.5 as it was fairly easy to obtain second hand.

You mean 30000 miles of running and tuning the EJ257 on my daily driver with three different turbos doesn't qualify me to give a good answer?
