Question Would warped discs......................

exhibit the same symptoms as an unbalanced wheel ?

I know my discs are warped slightly due to rumblings and stuff under hard braking however on the motorway at about 70 the steering wheel shudders like a ba5tard. It doesn't stop until I get to about 90

As said probably wheel balancing,Warped discs generally cause steering wheel shudder when high speed braking.

to prove a point, if you feel up to it, why don't you rotate your wheels (back to front) in the usual scooby way to see if the problem still exists.

Thanks for that, probably also due to the tyres being as bald as Kojaks Lolly to be fair.

Best I sort 'em out today then

Cheers
