![Question](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I've got a set of front flaps to fit to my scoob but been putting it off as I'm reluctant to drill the inner arch on an 05 car..!
Basically I want to ensure that the drilled holes are adequately rust proofed. As there isn't access behind the drilled panel I can't see how this can be acheived..?!
Any thoughts welcome..![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Drlled and used underseal to coat the holes on mine, careful this does not come in contact with the flaps when wet as it tends to melt them

Cheers guys,
that's basically what I had in mind, although adding the silicon sounds a good idea for a bit more protection.
Do you know if the panel that's drilled (presume it's the same for most flap brackets..?) is just box section or part of the bulk head, in other words whats behind it..?
