Default Air intake with FMIC

Have just purchased a front mounter intercooler and know that the pipe will have to go through the hole in the inner wing where there is a cold air intake for the induction kit.

Will this restrict the air getting into the filter, and if so should a try and find another method of gettng cold air in.

Was thinking of using a P1 foglight surround with induction pipe where the foglight would be.
