Car currently 380bhp before i fit stainless headers, fmic and get my motecs remapped i know my current injectors are holding the car back now b4 i fit the new goodies but unsure whether 550cc or 740cc is the best size to go for...
I'm hoping to break through the 400bhp mark but no real desire to go beyond 430ish...(at the moment anyway)
Any Advise greatly appreciated in advance

By David Rowe down at motec...
Spec at moment is strenghtened internals(pistons, conrods etc)Md195 turbo(built by turbo dynamics around the vf series turbo capable of handling 2.2bar and 430bhp,motec m800,full decatted stainless exhaust(can't remember make, think scoobysport),4.7kg billet flywheel, uprated paddle clutch,ap 6 pot front brake conversion, hks mushroom filter,10 point in-car manual boost settings with anti-lag switch and launch control(not currently working),leda coilovers...
Think that is about it before i put the wrapped stainless headers, helix flexi-up pipe, fmic and bigger injectors

In my experience 440s will go to around 350 bhp, 550s are close to maxing out just over 400 bhp and 740s are all done just below 600 bhp. Increased fuel pressure will allow a bit more.
Only approximate figures which will vary, engine to engine, fuel system, ECU and means of measuring.
