Default Gold rear brembo upgrade

Are these a worthwhile upgrade for the standard rear brakes on my 02 WRX, how much work is invloved in swopping them over

Thanks

I would be careful with the brake bias, if you are not doing the front as well,

was told once that on my MY99 the rears only do 15% of total braking when hard on them, and for road use it wasn't worth it! for race applications where every little helps it's worth doing especially with race suspension etc etc? wouldn't it be better to spend that rear brake money on some super duper huge fronts?

Save your money,
Go for some better pads instead, Ferodo DS2500 or similar

You would need brackets made to space the caliper off the hub as the mounting points are different to the WRX

I'm going to stick brembos on the front of my '03 wrx soon as I am chewing through so many pads ( ap 6 pots bit too pricey ). The car has done 36,000 miles though and the rear pads are just over half worn. Probably best left. Spend the money on the fronts.
