As above really,

where can I get an APS induction Kit in the UK? Are they cotton gauze?

Running a Blitz SUS Power kit at moment, heard they give running problems!

Thanks!!!!

you'll need a remap when using the APS CAK

Why would I need a remap?

Going to get an APS induction kit
FMIC intercooler then
a Apexi ECU and remap

Hoping for over 350bhp? What do you reckon?

Thanks

Jeeeeeez, do not fit the CAI without a remap dude.

More air = more fuel = ecu doesn't know what to do !

Fit CAI immediately before remap.

350bhp sounds optimistic unless you have changed your turbo.

The STI v2 has a TD05 turbo therefore at a push you may get 350bhp.

You would most definitely need a remap. Have a search as the reason was detailed previously.

What is the full spec you are hoping to achieve over 350bhp with?

Have already on the car -

Decat H&S downpipe,
Blitz NUR spec decat centre section & Backbox
Apexi SAFC Boost controller

Want to sort out an APS induction kit,
FMIC intercooler,
then an Apexi ECU and remap.

Hope to be pushing 350bhp with loads of torque as well!

(Is the APS kit one of the best?)

I think you may struggle to make 350bhp on that spec IMO.

Decent headers + OB and you might get close.

Just got this Email from G-Force Motorsport!!!!

Dear Nick,

Thank you for your recent enquiry. Unfortunately APS no longer manufacture
anything for the 96 MY Subaru, they have recently stopped production for the
97 MY as well. Sorry.

Kind Regards
Adam Seels

Nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car is also running a fuel defencer and is boosting at 1.2 bar.
Thought it would have hit the magical 350bhp mark with those mods and a 255l Warlbro pump?????????????

Its not the end of the world. Fit a K&N along with some heat shielding.

As I mentioned in my previous post, headers+OB @1.5bar may get you close to your target.
