Comments on power/torque graph please
Had my car on the rolling road at powerstation back in May and got results as below in graph in link below. Basically about 270 BHP and 245 Ib/ft.
The car is a MY94 wagon with TD05 turbo, scoobyecu mapped to car (to a conservative 15.5psi), full decat, STi backbox, walboro fuel pump and 2002 WRX top mounted intercooler.

Now my niggling thoughts are:
1) The torque drops off very quickly after 6000 rpm - surely TD05 can do more than this - but then perhaps the old engine cannot cope anyway.
2) The torque takes a while to build up after 4000rpm. - I quite like the feeling of torque increasing as I go up the rev range, but am I missing out?
I could get it remapped, but it is worth it. I've got a feling I am runnin too rich since walboro pump fitment too.

Mine is a MY95. When I had similar mods & a ScoobyECU mine was putting out 311BHP & 265lb/ft. I'm not that techy buy thought you should know, just to give you a comparison.

Re: running rich, I can believe it. 255 pumps on the phase 1 fuel regulators I believe will over power them, hence running rich. Its only a theory but its been banded about on SN for a while now.
Is the scoobyECU a custom one or a general one? Perhaps the boost tails off at around 6k rpm as a safety measure?
I think 270 is about right for 1.1 bar, perhaps a bit more, but I'd expect peak power at around 6500 rpm if 1.1 bar is held to the redline, so perhaps there is more to come?

It was a custom map, but mapped quite quickly with no AFR monitoring, hence concerns.
The mapper did say it was not worth going much over 6k rpm as the engine wasn't built to sustain that so perhaps he did cut the boost/advance after that as a safety measure.
On a side note, my fuel pump seems to be whirring away quite noisily recently.
Should I get a lower power fuel pump?

I also went for the 190 LPH walbro, but this was at a time when I was considering keeping the OE reg, if you have the 255, then keep it I say
I think you're a regulator and a remap away from better figures

Re: fuel pump. Anything unusual like that is always worth investigating.
May be worth getting a decent mapper to map it or at least take it to a RR and have your AFRs and everything checked.
I had mine checked yesterday and at a measily cost of £65 it would be silly not to.

I custom mapped my own scoobyecu which made 320hp @ 5780rpm last year but miss-fired after this (now resolved) and made 304lb/ft torque @ 4500rpm but held 300lb/ft and over for ~1500rpm then tailed off - This was running 1.25bar boost tailing off to 1.15bar at the top of the rpm range. About 6 months before this made 307hp @ 6120rpm and 294lb/ft @ ~ 4500rpm at similar boost levels - These runs were both on the same rolling road.
