Likely costs of recon and FE conversion of TD05

As heading really, if I bought a TD05 what rough estimate would I be looking at to get it reconditoned and converted to front entry.

Is the worst case scenario that its more expensive to repair than buy a recon FE conv off the shelf - i.e. £500+

I may have a TD05 for sale complete with FE housing and rebuild kit. You'd just need to sort the labour out for the rebuild...
