Default API service standards - Nice touch

Went to API (Nr Leamington) last saturday to have driveshaft/wheel bearing problems looked at (I would recommend API to anyone)

I was genuinely surprised at how friendly everyone is - Nathan and Dave et al. I got a nice bacon butty for free and was chaufered back to the train station - all nice touches that add to the service

Wish others were all like that - Great stuff - keep it up

Rgds

I was the guy you spoke to (Had my son with me).

I find Mark to be a top bloke, but yeah a great service all round.

Thanks for the plug guys. The bacon butties thing has evolved over the summer. The APi boys have been doing it themselves for a while and it seems wrong to munch away knowing that some people have left really early from wherever and are starving in front of us.

So now it's part of the deal, if you're around here 10 am on a Saturday, bacon butties for all. If you're Jewish - tough luck! but then you should be in shool anyway.

Glad to hear you're happy with us - the guys 'll be chuffed to bits.

David,

Whats going on here then!!!!!

You never give me a bacon butty when I come to see you...... but then I always seem to catch the coffee making every time!

Regards,
Shaun.

No, but you do get free engine rebuilds for life !!

Jest kiddin', our engines don't go wrong - touches: wood, lucky heather, rabbits foot, silver charm, prays, crosses fingers, converts to Kabbalah, etc etc.
Bacon butties are 10 am Saturdaze. I can't afford to do it every day of the week unless we charge Rolls Royce type rates. NOW That's a GOOD IDEA.

Edited out typos!!
