Default Boost gauge plumbing

hi

im looking at fitting a boost gauge in my 98 turbo wagon, wheres the best place to get a feed for a boost gauge? least cutting and splicing the better

UK car? look at the intake manifold from the front. Front right corner, there's an unused take off for that purpose, covered with a sort of rubber boot, slightly flattened, about 35mm long. Remove it, and fasten boost gauge pipe to spigot.

as above but under the fuel filter on bulk head there is a grommit take pipe through this, in the car it is just above ecu in passenger footwell then up behind dash to where ever you fit gauge this is not the shortest route but the easiest
to get to

Does this apply to newage cars, just fitted my Defi's but arsed up the boost plumbing, also can I also tap it into the dumpvalve vacuum pipe
