Depends on how much you abuse it really.....
400bhp seems to be about the max you see on these before you start changing most engine bits, 350bhp is about the most from the standard turbo, torque varies, probably not much more than 350lbs, JDM cars push more torque out due to the difference in engine technology (STI 9/10/11/12 if your using that numbering, id stick with MY as there isnt a UK STi8
) when tuned.
Gearboxes are good for 400+lbs if you dont kick the *** out of it, same with the clutch.
