removing front / rear bumpers

any pics or diagrams / instructions on how to take off the bumpers easily on a classic wagon ?? i need to take them off so i can leave them with a bodyshop to get them resprayed ......

front is two big bolts on either side on chassis legs under bonnet. might need airbox removal for driver's side. then there are 2 pikey plastic bolts underneath and a whole load of crap. remove foglights if you've got 'em. wheelarch bolts/screws are a pain (two iirc each side into the wing) - you need to bend bits of arch liner out the way for access.
Rear - get underneath the car and there's 2 or 3 bolts on either side of the spare wheel well then a couple in each arch. unbolt mudflaps from shell if you've got them.
