Default CLUTCH PROBLEM in MY93WRX

its almost finished on the scoob - got licked by a hummer from the lights the other day and was quite pissed off :S Any advice on which clutch will last as long and give a better kick than the OEM stuff will be appreciated. Will i need to upgrade the flywheel too? and how much should i expect to spend? thanks is advance guys/gals.

its an import MY93 WRX and has nothing done to it other than a panel filter and a straight through....

It sounds like u dont really need to spend big amounts of money. u have a panel filter and a straight through exhaust? i had a similar kind of layout on my 1993 wrx import. i bought myself an Exedy complete clutch kit for a £150 from a local autospares shop. and unless ur gonna go crazy with ur mods, i wouldnt really invest in a lightened flywheel... tooooo expensive relative to it's gains on a minor set-up.

make sure you get ur clutch put in by an expert though as this will play a big part to the actual performance level of the clutch... i experienced clutch slipping one time when the mechanic didnt clean the flywheel properly

take it easy saxx
