i was refitting my turbo the other day and when i connected the hose that goes under the inlet manifold to the turbo i noticed that it seems really thin and week so id like to replace it with a better on. does anyone know how hard it is to remove? thanks.

You have to remove the inlet manifold to have access to this inlet hose.
