Best Gearbox Oil?

Sorry if this has been asked lots before, but what is the best oil for sorting out the cold gearbox problems with imprezas?

we pretty much always use Millers CRX75w90.....................the other option would be Motul gear 75w90, but find the Millers better and (slightly) cheaper..........
