Default struggling with new crank

i am getting my engine on my 95 wrx rebuilt and am struggiling to find a new uprated crank for less than £1000.. do you get uprated ones somewhere in between the £400 standard ones and the silly money billet ones for £1000 and if so where can you get them ?? thanks

The problem is that something like an Sti9 crank which is tuftrided and cross drilled, has a different thrust bearing location, on the rear main bearing journal rather than the centre. I would question the need for an uprated one, when the standard one is very good, good enough for people to run in excess of 600hp on it.
