Hi all
ABout to fit my first ever boost gauge, this is going on my 94 wrx (import). Just wondering where the best place is to fit. I'm not into the whole A pillar thing so i have a pod to mount on the dash or somewhere.
Any tips when fitting these?
Also where is the easiest place to get a live feed which will only be on with the ignition, my friends have all said do not go near the ignition barrel for this.
Where is the easiest hole also to feed the boost piping through the bulkhead into the engine bay?
Thanks all.

I mounted mine just next to the speedo binnacle and ran the pipe down the heater vent. There is a convenient rubber bung just behind the clutch pedal. You should be able to find aux power on the radio.

Yeah I was going to fit one in the new year and was having a look around the engine bay to find the best place to connect the pressure feed pipe. I noticed a rubber cap on a nipple on the inlet manifold near the front left side - would this be okay to use?
I've got a MY98 uk wagon btw...
Cheers

You want to measure boost at the inlet manifold, so any take off you can get from there will be fine. I've got mine on one of the many vacuum hoses around the turbo/boost solenoid/manifold/inlet pipe area.
