Hi my car is lumpy on tick over and when u pull off its a bit jurky in low revs but when u put ur foot down its fine until i try givin it some in 3rd gear then the car will jus jump like hell does any body no what the problem could be?

Sound's to me you got a misfire (coil breaking down) take each one out and remove the rubber shroud, check for any splits or hairline cracks, if there is any replace them.

coilpack seems to be fine no damage. any more ideas on what could be wrong its like it jumps into limp mode in 3rd and 4th gear

Have you tried cleaning you're maf sensor?

Did you also check you're plugs
