Teh Z5 is from an RA, the Z4 from a post Sept 1994 WRX (260ps).
Both are setup for 260ps and both of the same year, so probably not alot in it.

I've never managed to download a Z5 base map, but I have heard that the Z4 is a little better/safer.

I thought the V.2 was meant to have the 6K ECU in it? Is the Z4 better than the 6K ????????????????????

AFAIK the Z5 is the ecu to have for any Pre '96 car, followed closely by the Z4.

correct, STi V2 is 6K, STi RA V2 is 7K

I think the Z4 is a little safer the the Z5.
There probably isn't much difference between the Z4 and Z5, as there isn't between the 6K and 7K (V2 STi and STI RA) or the W6 and W9 (WRX and WRX RA).
