Default Camber angle

My mate has bought a scooby and the passenger side wheel camber angle is slightly vissible to be positive. He recently bought the car from a used car dealership about 3 weeks ago and has toook the car back once and they did the tracking when we first realised the passnger side wheel arch was slighlty closer to the wheel we have recently asked a local trye exhaust and tracking place to analyze the problem they say something must be bent as tracking is fine but camber angle is not.At worst case scenario the chassis would be bent , the car is booked in at a garage by the usedcar dealership he bought it from so it might actually get fixed this time. How strong are the chassis im currently saving for a new scooby. My mates scooby is an Impreza type RA 1995 from japan.
