Default ecu reset problems

i have been having a few problems with my car missing over the last couple of weeks then one day went to it and it wouldnt start so to cut a long story short went to it again the other day it started but only running onm three cylinders parked it up checked coil pack wires just in case all ok went to start it an just a single clunk noise so done a fault code check 11 crankshaft poss sensor 23 mass airflow sensor 45 pressure sensor so i cleaned the maf disconnected my battery for 3 hours to reset the ecu tried to start it now it turns over but dont fire then after a wile it just clunks again what could it be

On a serious note though, could it be something to do with immobiliser? sounds very much like crank sensor, MAF or coil packs. Does fuel pump prime with ignition on?

yes mate it primes will the crank sensor stop it from turning over aswell or just turn over but not fire

help needed could my timing be out no fault codes registered so dont think its a faulty crank sensor cheers
