MY04 PPP to MY00 Bugeye

Is it possible to put the PPP from an MY04 into an MYOO Bugeye? If so is it a straight swap or is it more involved.

What sort of price should i be offering

I would advise that you don't do it, I think there is another chap looking for the ppp for his 04 now that would be a good place to sell it, look in wanted.
