Don't see the point of losing the top mount. As good as water injection is, it isn't a "substitute" for an intercooler.
With regard to the set up in the pictures, personally, I don't like the very tight pipe bend, and I wouldn't have the jets before the bends, especially with the dump valve take off, on the outside of the bends.
There's little time for the air/water to mix, and IMHO, he would have been better off having the first jet as close to the beginning as possible, and the second just after the take off.
I think he would have been better off to have fitted the water injection WITH the top mount.
