My98 uk turbo, hope someone can help!!!!!
Hi guys and gals, ive got a 98 uk turbo which has the following done:
larger vf 35 turbo
front mout intercooler
induction kit
walbro 255ltr fuel pump
avcr boost controller
straight through exhausts no cats at all
knocklink (obviousley)
samco hiflow turbo pipe
run on optimax and octane booster
not been remapped yet (will soon)
blow off valve
It has been fine since i did all this probably a year ago exept for alot of wastegate chatter which i put down to down pipe being twin dump one i know i need open neck, but just recently it has been getting to mid boost maybe bit higher then holding back, and somtimes stalling when coming to slow down say at traffic lights or very nearly stalling, i am hoping someone has had same or similar problems that they can help me fix the problem without exhausting all the avenues before finding what is wrong.
Thanks for your time in reading this, and heres hoping ehh!!!!

Hi,
2 posible causes are lambda sensor or maf sensor although before splashing out on either of these perhaps you could try a known good one to see if it fixes the problem.
Boost cut is around 1.2 bar held for a certain time so perhaps the colder weather is taking you around this area?
George
