JDM I take it from your location.
In the airbox scoop. The plastic thing bolted to the slam panel infront of the airbox

If there is no air box due to an induction filter could it have been removed?

Hence the reason mine's missing then. I have a FMIC so need an induction kit.
Any way of reintroducing it Dyney?

On a MY99 the inlet air temp sensor maybe built into the maf sensor, on maz's car it is built into the maf. Will check on the v5 type r to see where its located.

On a MY99 the inlet air temp sensor is in the plastic thing bolted to slam panel, if you can find the sensor you can make a hole in your inlet pipe after the maf and stick it in there.

I'll have to have a look Banny. Cars at the tuners at the mo having a fettle - I let you know when I get it back.

Gave the OE DV a polish up - looks quite bling , I'll send you a pic (though not fitted yet).
