Symptoms of a weak actuator

as per title, does anyone know the symptoms?
Mine was okay with a borrowed actuator, running 1.2 bar okay, but i`ve now put mine back on and its only running 1 bar and the car is hesitating on light throttle
Are these the symptoms?
When checking the 2 actuators together, we find it much easier to move the rod in and out on mine, no real effort at all, but the borrowed one is rock solid and takes a good bit of strength to move.
cheers
