Default What BHP will this achieve??

I have a MY00 uk impreza turbo and was thinking about these mods:

Walbro 255 l/h fuel pump
Aeromotive A1000-6 Fuel pressure regulator (scooby mania say this is the only fuel reg. they sell cause "other cheap ones have caused major engine problems"??)
550cc STi pink injetors
ITG replacement panel filter
De-cat downpipe
Uprated intercooler (tmic or fmic, unsure what one to go for)
VF28 P1 turbo
Chip ECU

What kinda BHP will it be kickin out once fitted?? cheers

You will probably see between 300 to 320bhp, but you will require a full remap of the ECU to get the maximum out of yours mods somthing like a ecutek remap.

Agree.
That is nearly a stock engine.
Some form of boost controller or preferably a good ecu (Apexi FC) will be needed to eeek out a tiny bit more.

Optimax and NF booster is also a pre-requisite (sp) for the mapper.

Add an 18g TD05 and an FC and things change....

550cc (or 500, or 565, or whatever they really are) STi pinks wont fit your phase 2 rails? There are other quality FPR's out there. Not sure what you mean by a 'chip' ecu - as mentioned, you need a full reprogram of stock ECU (via EcuTek products) or an aftermarket ECU (Apexi PFC) to get full benefits.

Note that vf28 will not break gearbox, upgrading turbo to TD05 will....most likely!

You won't need new injectors for your planned mods. The standard 440's will be good for 340 bhp and I doubt you'll achieve that kind of figure

The money you save on not needing to replace the injectors could be spent on ported headers, uppipe, knocklink and other monitoring devices!
