JDM Sti V7, Horn Problems/ Air bag light

I have a Bug Eye Sti V7, and have noticed that the Air bag light has come on and the horn has stopped working. Is this a common problem, does the alarm feed the car horns and could this be at fault. Steering Wheel is the original Momo Type. Have replaced fuse and relay and no joy, any suggestions welcomed
