Default What am I missing?

My car arrives in a couple of weeks a V3 sti JDM. I plan to make the following mods, with the wealth of experience here please let me know if i am missing anything. nothing is available here on the island and I need to ship everything in and it takes a few weeks so I dont want to start and find I'm missing something.
The car already has an Apexi FC fitted, blitz SUS intake and a 3" all the way exhaust and aftermarket up and down pipe. The fuel is crap here so I have brought in 6 54 gallon barrels of 103 octane VP racing fuel.

My list so far:
ENGINE

deadbolt zilla TD05-20G
FMIC
NX Ntercooler kit
550cc injectors
ZEX 4 CYL direct port nitrous with prog tps switch and adjusable manifold pressure switch for turbo spoolup
new intake manifold (so I can drill for the nitrous and if want to go non nitrous I can switch back totally)
intake gasket set
excedy clutch
lightened flywheel
alloy pulleys
samco intake hose (god there expensive)
255 fuel pump

general items:

ap racing 6 pot brakes
Siebon CF hood,trunk and RB5 rear spoiler
Tien Flex coilovers
goodyear f1 tyres gs-d3 on 17" rims

Getting the stuff is the easy part installing it will be the nightmare

yep but theres not much to do here so you need some hobbies.
will do on the pics I was going to do a thread in the projects area when I start.
I would like to know if I should just pull the engine to do this work or do it all in place?

Default fuel regulator

Do I need to upgrade the fuel regulator with this kit?

Not essential I've just changed over to a SX reg today and have been running a near identical setup to you minus the nitrous for well over a year and there was still nothing wrong with the std reg.

Well worth getting a up pipe to turbo gasket while the turbos off (may well come with your new turbo), turbo to down pipe can often be used again.
