Default new maf and lambda, do i need ecu reset

Gonna change the maf and lambda to night on my00 uk turbo, dont think theres any thing wrong with them but its pushing 50,000 miles and as far as i am aware they are the original so just to be safe im replacing them, do i have to reset the ecu after fitment?
