Hi guys,
Ive decided to remove my blitz dump valve and replace it with a second hand re-circ valve.
My question is do i need to reset ecu and would there be any changes to the car when driving it?
Its a MY 94 STi

The fueling as you come off boost will change, with a VTA the air that has been vented has already passed through the AFM so it adjusts the fueling as if the air had entered the combustion chamber.
The ECU may have adjusted for this so I suppose it would be a good thing to do just to be sure
