Question What Piston/Rod upgrade

Info needed on what piston+conrod upgrade i should be looking for my engine build (ej205 2lt) circa 450/450.

With piston your choice is quite extensive, wiseco, je, cosworth and more. Rods either ARP,eagle or carrillo.

I want to use Pauter Titanium ones but that's typical for me.
The non Titanium Pauter ones are pretty hefty very good quality though

Speak with Mark at Lateral. I got my rods and pistons off him.
