Default TOP END REBUILD STI RA

Hi, im doin a top end rebuild on my sti ra (1998) its only done 24,000 miles (genuine 1 owner from new import with all mot's) but engine stopped suddenly when i hit something and have had to have valves re-ground as they had a little kiss from the pistons., so i need to ask a few questions if any has any time to answer them? first, as the power steering pulley was bent i changed the crank, powersteering and alternator pulleys for alli ones but reading some threads may seem i have not done the right thing? second thing is we split gearbox so might as well change clutch, any recommedations and how much? also have bought race manifold and decat exhaust (as it is going on the track not the road) for now anyway does anything else have to be set up because of this? i would be very gratefull for any info Ta! Steve

Just about anything that alters the breathing should be monitored.
