Prodrive STi Sports Cat Downpipe Question
Can the Prodrive STi Sports Cat Downpipe be fitted to an '05 Impreza WRX with stock TD04 Turbo?
Will it mate up with the stock 2nd cat pipe in the WRX 4 part exhaust system?
If the answer is yes, does it have to come from any particular model year of STi?

It'll fit perfectly but change also the rear cat (after downpipe) and up-pipe as the Prodrive downpipe only is enough for emmisions and you won't take advantage of the free flowing downpipe.
Any MY will fit your car, Prodrive downpipes are from STI MY01>05.
