done 3 inch Exhaust ! ECU RESET?
#2
The ECU will adjust to your running parameters over time.
An ECU reset only takes five minutes and would not be a bad thing but is not necessary.
If going to the trouble of a reset then read any fault codes at the same time.
Main thing to do when a decat is completed is to get headers, up-pipe and turbo nice and warm and do a run from say 2K rpm in 4th or 5th to say 6.5K to check you are not over boosting/hitting boost cut. Do it several times with the car fully warmed up first.

Cheers, have installed a simple boost controller to keep the boost under control, so its boosting 1.1 ~1.2 bar. Also should I be worried about the car detonating ? Its definately faster, and louder, but because of that, Im getting anxious about it detonating and stuff, would an exhaust make it detonate some how ? or If it was ok b4 the exhaust it should be ok ?
getting kind of stressed and starting to hear things if you know what I mean

Removing the cats and fitting a better exhaust will result in a boost increase anyway. How much is a measure of the exhaust efficiency or lack of efficiency of the old one.
You must check if you have DET as a result of any boost increase. There is a good chance it is OK but better to be safe than sorry.
to check boost, get someone with DET cans that knows what they are doing or better still fit a Knock Link. Available from BRD, Bob Rawle Developments and many others.
Far cheaper than an engine rebuild.
