Default rocker cover seals changed but still smoke?

Hi i wonder if anyone can help me, i have a 1997 Legacy Rs i was getting a little smoke from the bonnet when i gave it some stick. I was told that the rocker cover gaskets are common problem , i have changed both sides the rocker cover bolts seals and the spark plug seals and it still seems to be smoking the drivers side and the passenger side. Also i can hear a slight dripping behind the front wheel. It would be great if anyone can shed any light on this.

When I replaced mine, it took a few days for the oil that had dripped on to the headers to burn off. Don't know about dripping noise.
