Ally Bonnet YES, you have those on JDM Classic STI's and P1

But I have only ever seen steel bootlids on the STI and WRX cars, including R's and RA's from V1 to V6. It bugged me to start with when I bought a V4 Type R, as I thought mine had been changed. It was the original.

I think it is one of those 'misconceptions'.

Stick a magnet on it?

If it don't stick, you'll know.

My STI RA has Ally bonnet, but the boots steel, although it's very, very light.
