Unhappy Running rough, on about half power

While working on my car yesterday, I think i must have knocked the induction cone loose, when driving it today it fell off.

I pulled over and refitted it, since then it has been running like a bag of ****, and does not pull at all.

Could this be the dreaded MAF gone.

If so how much for a new one.

If not what else could it be

Many thanks

Usual check is to disconnect the MAF with the engine idling. It should die. If it dips and recovers suspect the MAF. Not a guaranteed test but normally works. MAFs are c£70 iirc.
