Default exhaust manifold

i've got my engine out at the momment (my00turbo)and i wont to change the header/exhaust manifold for a aftermarket one. would like to keep the flat four burble if possible. can anyone recommend a good one

Unless you have over 350 brake don't bother all they do is move turbo spool up further up the rev range. Get your standard ones ported. I good manifold will cost you around 450 quid, an ebay one will cost you 200 and last about 6 months.

Agreed on the £450 for an aftermarket manifold like the GTSPEC offering as found in Scoobyshop and agree on the increase in boost threshold but only by 300rpm - not much really considering the increase they provide once on boost, maybe not best suited to the puny TD04 but certainly something to consider with the larger turbos out there.

How much doe a set of ported OE headers work out all in?
