Default LumpyIdle & Boost hesitation

Hi

My Scooby is currently running a bit rough the idle is very lumpy and as I mentioned in a different thread when coming on boost there is a couple of seconds hesitation and then it seems to surge forward in one big lump.
Any one got any ideas what the problem is?

I'm thinking maybe its the MAF (Currently running a z32)

Cheers

It sounds like the MAF, try disconnecting it with the engine running at idle, if it stutters and then continues to run your mafs probably knackered. If your mafs ok it should cut out

I fitted a new one to mine today, it was idling ok but sometimes the boost would increase/decrease during acceleration.

What a difference with the new one fitted though sh1te off a shovel again

Hi
I unplugged the MAF and the car spluttered and then cut out! Does this mean the MAF is working ok and I have some other problem?????

Thanks.
