Not really a problem i have, more like an answer i need. I fitted a k&N 57i filter kit to replace the stock air box the other day and noticed that there was a small pipe with an elbow connector on that should have been plugged in to the underside of the airbox; it was hanging loose under the box. What is it and what does it do?,Could this have been the cause of my poor fuel consumption (like about 19 to the gallon). I have plugged it into the new filter and it seems to have made a big difference across the rev range, really smooth evn off boost, although it could have been the old filter being really manky and ready for a change.
