Sensor drilled and tapped into stock TMIC?
Good morning all,
I trust you are all well, its a pleasure and an honour to now be apart of the Scoobynet community
This is my first post on Scoobynet.....
Well guys and gals on my 2nd scoob now and have bought a FMIC for an MY98 Wagon. Apart from the nightmare of actually fitting it, I went to do a test fit with the pipes and could see a small sensor on my stock TMIC, I am running a GEMS ECU without the MAF sensor so I am assuming it is the sensor needed for intake/ambient air temp - obviously my assumption is possibly wrong just wanting a bit of advice as thinking of drilling and tapping the sensor into my IC pipe from the top of the throttle body
Any advice would be most useful
Cheers
