Question Bottom end options built 2.0 or stock 2.5..

OK old ground for a lot of you so sorry for digging this up.. (can hear the groans and moans already..)

I want to understand what the options are now in terms of bottom end options for a V5 STi engine with a spun shell. 20G & AndyF mapped... ideally would up the stakes to 400bhp (not really stock territory then)

What are the current 2.5 options or should I consider a set of good pistons and rebuild the block I have.

So 2.5 stock off the shelf or 2.0 An pic up some stronger internals (new crank, shells, pistons, uprated rods and pins???

Help.
