Default replacing a wing

is there a quick guide to replacing a n/s passenger front wing. mine was damaged in a prang and i found a pretty good colour match for a straight swap. i have some new plasticy clips for the front bumper when i heard that has to come off, oh and the under guard off the inner wheel arch needs to go back on too. its a 95 wrx if anyone has a guide for me to follow...

really wanna try this myself but no searches bring up something clear.

if nothing comes up il wait and have a garage do it...

thankyou gentlemens!!

morning chocolate it is a fairly easy job here is how i did mine
1.carfuly remove all the clips around the inside of the arch
2.remove the clips and bolts from under the front half of the side skirt
3.remove the headlightand side light to do this you have to remove the grille
by standing in front of the car and gently easing the top of the grille towards yourself until it unclips and then pull it upwards this will reveal two bolts on the inside of the headlight you then have to remove the little screw by the wing which retains the sidelight at the top then verry carefully ease out the side light it is cliped into the headlight at the bottom, this will revel another two bolts going into the headlight and two bolts holding the wing also remove the side repeater
4.put your hand between the arch linner and wing just underneath where the top of the bumper meets the wing there will be a clip that clips the top of the bumper to the wing remove this at this point remove half of the clips along the top of the bumper and ease it forward
i think there are two wing bolts about 6 inchs from the front (no need to remove the bumper all the way)
5.open your front passenger door to reveal two more bolts one at the top and one at the bottom
6.gently pull down the side skirt to reveal one bolt at the bottom
7.remove all the bolts along the top edge of the wing
8 whilst gently holding the side skirt down remove the wing also leave the door wide open

i hope this helps you its an easy job and should take around 2 hours to compleate you only need a ratchet small extension bar and a 10mm socket
posi drive screw driver and a small flat head screwdriver for easing the clips out
you shouldnt have any real trouble with things lining up as it is all bolt on

goodluck

rather differening method but is done now and to say it was a guess for the wing colour, the match is pretty good.

took 4 hours but had to make a trip to halfrauds and get a socket set etc, and a lot of bolts were rusty underneath so being careful was a priority.
